I led efforts to enhance brand engagement and user experience. This included art direction and design across various marketing channels, revamping the responsive website for a better user experience, creating print materials, developing an intranet, and revitalizing the Help Center microsite. I also crafted a comprehensive style guide for a consistent brand identity and directed photo and video production.
